Evolve Women’s Lacrosse Fall Program 2021
In a typical year, Evolve offers womens training and travel teams. Traveling is pending the boarder becoming open this fall.
This fall we will be offering fall training by Womens Director Ashley Rutz and her staff
Fall Training
Sixes League - Evolve is running an olympic style sixes league and their will be a womens division
Evolve Training Academy - Evolve is running a winter long indoor training academy. Athletes will receive 1 hour of lacrosse training a day and 1 hour of strength and conditioning a day. You can choose the full academy (3 days a week), 2 day academy or 1 day academy.
