Our Mission
Evolve Lacrosse was created to support the development and evolution of Canadian Lacrosse athletes. Through our positive coaching delivery we strive to develop each athlete’s skills and abilities. We create a dynamic and rounded learning environment that will push each athlete to be their best and play the game the right way. We also pride ourselves on developing those skills that will make them successful in life. We ensure that families understand the recruiting process in the early years so that they are prepared and supported throughout the recruiting stages. We do it differently, more passionately, and take pride in Status Quo is Unacceptable!!!

Why Evolve?
Evolve Elite Lacrosse celebrated our 15th year anniversary in 2025. We are proud to celebrate numerous milestones! Why Evolve? Well its simple, who do you trust with your child athlete? As parents our biggest benchmark is our own children! We understand this and pride ourselves at always looking through that lens. Below are some facts that no other club program in Canada and for that matter many in North America can't compare with........
1. EVOLVE ONTARIO COMPETES WITH THE BEST - Evolve Competes in Elite Level Tournaments. We believe that the best way to develop top talent is to play the best competition from the USA at every event.
2. EVOLVE HAS THE MOST QUALIFIED AND EXPERIENCED COACHING STAFF - We hire mature and experienced coaches and infuse former college and current professional players.
3. PROUD PARTNERS OF THE ALLIANCE LACROSSE LEAGUE - Partnering with the Alliance Lacrosse League allows Evolve to play against the best clubs in the USA. With exclusive access to these invite only events, Evolve prepares our players to play at the next level and to maximize exposure for college recruitment.
4. TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT - Our program focuses on developing skills and teamwork. Practices are built around skill development and team concept implementation to help prepare for the high-level competition and to play lacrosse at the next level.
5. EVOLVE PLACES MORE PLAYERS INTO PREP SCHOOLS AND ELITE NCAA COLLEGES THAN ANY OTHER CLUB - Evolve places more players in elite prep schools (US boarding schools) and college/universities than any other Canadian program. Evolve is the ideal program for the student-athlete who is looking to truly elevate their game and play lacrosse in College.
6. EVOLVE RECRUITING - Make no mistake about it....there is a specific formula and pathway to be recruited into the NCAA. Entering our 15th year we understand the landscape. Evolve prides itself on assisting our players throughout the recruiting process and ensure that our players are best prepared through zoom meetings, individual phone calls and our vast networking to ensure our players find a home that fits their criteria and playing abilities.

WE are the most successful club lacrosse program in Canada with an impressive alumni with over 258 athletes placed into the NCAA from Ontario alone and many who have graduated to play in the NLL, PLL, MLL and on the world stage representing our Nation
WE are the only club program outside the USA to have cracked the top 6 ranked U13 club teams annually at the World Series of Youth Lacrosse and continue to be the top Canadian program year after year at the U13 World Championship
WE continue to EVOLVE every year to ensure we are industry leaders in our programming and delivery model.
Evolve & Minor Lacrosse Associations
We do everything we can to ensure our athletes can participate with their home clubs!
We believe in supporting home clubs by ensuring that we schedule our events strategically in the summer months so that athletes don't have to CHOOSE!
We provide our tournament schedule early for those athletes playing on B/C/D Centres/Teams so that coaches can work with scheduling. We schedule all our tournaments between home center tournament weekends and between OLA/BCLA/ALA qualifier dates and provincials.
Becoming a player with Evolve
- Fill out an expression of interest (Register for Recruitment) – tell us about yourself and we will have one of our staff scout your games.
- Scouting – we often attend OMFLL and OLA/BCLA/ALA games and will actively recruit players to the program.
- Tryouts – we run early spring and late summer tryouts. Players can register and will be evaluated by our coaches. Successful athletes will be notified and offered a position
*Important piece of information for athletes and families. In Canada we often link success with playing “up” in lacrosse or in hockey you play in with athletes in your year of birth. The USA structure for lacrosse is much different. They are very focused on the recruiting class and it is paramount that athletes play in their appropriate recruiting age bracket that aligns with NCAA recruiting. If you’re an athlete born after August 31stin your birth year it is in your best interest to play in the grade below. (i.e. if you are born after August 31stand in finishing Grade 8 you should play on the grade 7 team)
