Program Structure

Our Mission.....

Evolve Lacrosse was created to support the development and evolution of Canadian Lacrosse athletes. Through our positive coaching delivery we strive to develop each athlete’s skills and abilities.  We create a dynamic and rounded learning environment that will push each athlete to be their best and play the game the right way.  We also pride ourselves on developing those skills that will make them successful in life.  We ensure that families understand the recruiting process in the early years so that they are prepared and supported throughout the recruiting stages.  We do it differently, more passionately, and take pride in Status Quo is Unacceptable!

Program Goals

  1. Our commitment to each player is unsurpassed
  2. Our elite lacrosse program goals are to ensure tactical and technical development occurs in a challenging yet fun environment; Development + Hard work = Success
  3. Providing players with the tools needed to maximize their potential
  4. Showcasing players for scholarship opportunities to collegiate institutions

Summer & Fall Seasons

Our summer program runs from April to July and includes 40+ hours of training in mini-camp format  to ensure we avoid as much conflict with OMFLL and OLA schedules.  Each youth play in 3 tournaments.  Our high-school athletes attend 3 exclusive college recruiting events to maximize NCAA exposure.

Our fall program runs from September to November and includes 20+  hours of training in min camp format to avoid as much conflict with OMFLL schedules.  Our youth play in 3 tournaments.  Our high-school athletes attend 2 exclusive college recruiting events to maximize NCAA exposure.

Our coaches are widely recognized as leaders and accomplished athletes/coaches in the lacrosse world!

Our coaches create a positive learning environment for all our players. The most essential component of the program is to aide in the overall fundamental development of every player.  Each coach will focus on age appropriate themes while delivering on the necessary skills to allow players to further develop both on and off the field.  As a result of allowing players to develop in the required skills, vertical alignment is created throughout the program.  Meaning a gradual growth of skills and components will be added to each team/player as individuals learn and Evolve in their overall development.

Evolve & Minor Lacrosse Associations

We do everything we can to ensure our athletes can participate with their home clubs!

We believe in supporting home clubs by ensuring that we schedule our events strategically in the summer months so that athletes don't have to CHOOSE!

We provide our tournament schedule early for those athletes playing on B/C/D Centres/Teams so that coaches can work with scheduling.  We schedule all our tournaments between OLA "A/B" tournament weekends and between OLA qualifier dates and provincials.

*Important piece of information for athletes and families.  In Canada we often link success with playing “up” in lacrosse or in hockey you play in with athletes in your year of birth.  The USA structure for lacrosse is much different.  They are very focused on the recruiting class and it is paramount that athletes play in their appropriate recruiting age bracket that aligns with NCAA recruiting.  If you’re an athlete born after August 31stin your birth year it is in your best interest to play in the grade below.  (i.e. if you are born after August 31stand in finishing Grade 8 you should play on the grade 7 team)
